I am pleased to announce that I am now providing customized training and technical support via the telephone and / or Skype for both hardware and software at very low and reasonable prices. The rate for one-on-one training and technical support is just $5.00 per hour.

My Computer and Technology Experience: I have been an advanced computer user for about ten years now. I am currently studying as a computer science major and have a lot of experience with PCs (both desktops and laptops), the Microsoft Windows 3.1/95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista/Server 2008 operating systems, Braile Notes, Braille Lites, PacMates, Nokia cell phones running Mobile Speak and Talks, various voice recorders, various programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, HTML, PHP, various software programs such as Skype, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Office 6.0/95/97/2000/XP/2003/2007, and in web site development. I am very familiar with the JAWS screen reader (versions 1.21, 2.0, 3.0, 3.3, 3.31, 3.5, 3.7, 4.0, 4.01, 4.02, 4.5, 4.51, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 7.0, 7.1, 8.0 and 9.0). I also have PC-building experience. I used to tutor students on technology at the Braille Institute here in southern California, as well as in high school.

I can provide training and technical support on: PC basics, JAWS training, Open Book 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0, Windows basics, Windows Maintenance and Security, Internet basics, e-mail with Microsoft Outlook (all versions up to 2007) and Outlook Express, Skype, Microsoft Word (all versions up to 2007), Goldwave (any 4.x or 5.x version), Nero burning ROM (versions 5.x through version 8.x), HTML coding, PHP coding, basic and advanced web site building, hardware support, hardware installation assistance, hardware problem troubleshooting, software installation assistance, C programming, C++ programming, C# programming and Java programming.
