Blind Planet

I am a married father of one teen-aged daughter. I am a Star Trek enthusiast and a lover of good sci-fi and mysteries. I work as a computer technician for the county in which I reside. I attended the Kansas School for the Blind and Pittsburgh State University. I am not an activist in the blind community but am interested in issues regarding blind people. I think that computers are the best thing that has happened to blind people since the invention of the white cane and am internested in adaptive technology, especially when it is affordable to all blind people.
